Returns

If an item from smartphones.vgmoney.xyz arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@smartphones.vgmoney.xyz within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit on smartphones.vgmoney.xyz.

Cash on Delivery orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.
